Leo is the driving force behind LML's strategy and day-to-day client delivery across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Web Development. With hands-on experience running campaigns across a wide range of industries, he brings a commercial rigour to digital marketing that most agencies talk about but few actually practice.

He built LML on the belief that the agency model had become bloated — too many layers between the client and the work, too many reports dressing up mediocre results. LML exists to be the antidote to that: lean, direct, and entirely accountable for the outcomes it delivers.

Every client strategy Leo builds starts with one question: what does commercial growth actually look like for this business? Everything else follows from the answer.
Milo Attfield-Davis
Co-Founder & Head of Sales
Milo leads new business development and client relationships across the UK, and is usually the first person you'll speak to at LML. He has a rare ability to cut through the noise of what a business thinks it needs and identify what will actually move the needle — which makes him exceptionally good at matching clients with the right strategy from the very first conversation.

He believes the sales process should feel like the start of a partnership, not a pitch — which is why every quote LML produces is built around your specific goals, not a package that was convenient to sell. Milo holds the team accountable to that standard on every engagement.

Outside of new business, Milo plays a central role in making sure client relationships stay strong over the long term — checking in, flagging opportunities and ensuring the work we're doing continues to serve your commercial objectives as your business evolves.
Luka Allen
Co-Founder & Head of Design
Luka leads creative direction across everything LML produces — from campaign visuals and ad creative to brand identity and the design of client-facing materials. His work is defined by a refusal to separate aesthetics from performance: in his view, creative that doesn't convert isn't creative, it's decoration.

He brings a sharp commercial eye to every brief, asking not just whether something looks right but whether it will land with the right audience at the right moment. That thinking shapes the ad creative we produce for Meta campaigns, the visual identity work we do for clients, and the design standards we hold across every piece of output that leaves LML.

Luka's influence is felt across the agency even when his name isn't on the brief — because the standards he sets for visual quality have become the standard for everything LML puts out into the world.
